Vacation Policy

We offer a vacation policy for customers who will be traveling for extended periods. This policy allows you to place your service on hold while you are away and reduces your monthly bill to $10. We ask that you unplug your antenna while you are away in order to help mitigate the chance of damage due to a lightning strike.

Lightning Policy

We ask that you unplug your antenna during thunder storms in order to help mitigate the chance of damage due to a lightning strike.
